Het album The New Now werd door Frans Hagenaars opgenomen in de Wisseloord Studios te Hilversum met Reyer Zwart (bas), JP Hoekstra (gitaar), Benny Bakker (drums) en uiteraard Danny Vera op zang en gitaar. De plaat is gemixed door Grammy Award winnaar Vance Powell en gemasterd door Pete Lyman.
